TURKEY BREAST
- Thaw turkey in refrigerator for 48 hours
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Mix herbs together with lemon zest, olive oil and garlic and rub turkey breast with herb mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then brush with melted butter.
- Place in oven and roast for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting with melted butter and pan drippings every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 160°. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Remove netting and carve into 1/4 inch slices.
CREAMED SPINACH
Thaw overnight. Remove lid, cover with foil, and bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and stir well; cover again and heat for 15 more minutes or until heated through.
RED SKIN MASHED POTATOES
Thaw overnight. Remove lid, cover with foil, and bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and stir well; cover again and heat for 15 more minutes or until heated through.
CLASSIC STUFFING
Thaw overnight. Remove lid, cover with foil, and bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 15 minutes. Remove cover, and heat for 15 more minutes or until heated through.
CLASSIC GRAVY
Thaw overnight. Remove lid and place gravy in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat approximately 10 minutes or until hot.
