What Is "The Lou" Pizza?

The Lou starts with our famous Buttercrust brushed with garlic butter, Wisconsin mozzarella, our signature tomato sauce, plus farm-fresh sliced roma tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and shredded cheddar. Due to very popular demand, this pizza is typically only offered occasionally for a limited time.
